Why this inventory exists
Every OEM will quote you that number and mean it. What they won’t tell you is when the clock starts — not at groundbreaking, but months in, once design is locked and financing closes. By then the concrete is poured. The interconnect is scheduled. The tenant has a signed date. So we buy real units and hold them — never run, factory load-tested, wrapped on the pallet with serials you can verify before you wire a dollar. Not because it’s clever. Because somebody has to have power on the ground when the calendar refuses to move.
